Approval and Accreditation
LA College International is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) (www.acics.org). The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education (www.ed.gov). ACICS accreditation of degree-granting institutions is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
LA College is approved to offer academic degree and diploma programs in the following marketable programs for in demand careers:

Bachelor of Science degrees in business management, computer science and health care administration

Associate of Arts degrees in business management, computer science, graphic applications, and health care administration

Elective concentrations are available within the Business Management program in Accounting, Computer Technology, E-Commerce, Graphic Applications and Small Business Management. The Health Care Administration offers concentrations in Billing and Coding and Health Care Information Management Information Systems.

Diploma programs in massage therapy, and medical office management
LA College programs have also been approved by the California State Department of Education, Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Educational since 1982. LA College is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students (to issue I-20s for student visas) and approved to enroll veterans.
