Are you ready to become a successful member of the LA College community? Let the LA College Admissions Office guide you through our straightforward admissions process.

First, confirm that you meet these entrance requirements:

1. Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

2. Demonstration of the willingness to make personal sacrifices, to attend class regularly, and to devote outside study time so as to graduate successfully.

Be ready to provide proof of your high school graduation or GED equivalent
We just need a signed statement to this effect to serve as our documentation.

Complete the Admissions Application we give you
Your Enrollment Representative will explain how to complete this form, and is a phone call or email away if you have any questions.

Pay the $35 application fee
Your Enrollment Representative can accept payment directly over the phone. This fee covers processing costs incurred by your application, helping us to completely prepare to serve you.

Complete a final set of documentation
Your Admissions Application told us about you and your academic interests, so now we just need to gather some final information via an Enrollment Package.

If you would like to transfer credits from another college or university, you can do so as part of this step.

Last but not least, get started!
Depending on your status as an online, campus-based, and/or international student, you'll complete this last step to get started.

Online Students
Complete an Online Orientation with the help of your Enrollment Representative. This fun and interesting orientation shows you everything you need to know about going to school online. Make sure you have reliable access to a computer - it's a critical tool!

Campus-Based Students
Your Enrollment Representative will help you set an appointment to visit our LA Campus for a tour of the College. On your tour you'll learn more about the classroom facilities, library resources, your educational program, and anything else you want to know.

International Students
If you need your I-20 Student Visa, we will work with you to facilitate that process. If you are unable to visit our LA campus for your pre-enrollment interview, we'll still confirm and document your ability to meet our academic, financial, English language, and entry requirements over the phone and/or email.
